By purchasing, installing, or using a ScaffoldHub project, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
This license agreement (“LICENSE”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, also referred to as "LICENSEE", "YOU") and Pastore de Lima Consultoria LTDA - ME ("SCAFFOLDHUB"). The software containing this LICENSE also includes the software’s generated source code, any source code provided from SCAFFOLDHUB to you, associated media, and online documentation (collectively referred to as “SOFTWARE”).
Any earlier license we may have granted to you for the use of earlier versions of the SOFTWARE is replaced by this LICENSE.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties and contains confidential information and trade secrets.
SCAFFOLDHUB retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this LICENSE.
You may use the SOFTWARE for the purpose of building web applications for yourself and your clients.
You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE to anyone and via any means other than to your customers as a part of a purchased, integrated solution, that includes functionality above and beyond that provided solely by the SOFTWARE.
This LICENSE shall last as long as you use the SOFTWARE in compliance with this LICENSE.
SCAFFOLDHUB reserves the right to discontinue or change any product at any time.
SCAFFOLDHUB does not offer any kind of support over the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is provided as-is.
Purchases made via partners are subjected to the partner's policy and must be solicited via the partner's website.
If you made your purchase directly via the SCAFFOLDHUB website, you may ask for a refund within 14 days after the purchase. SCAFFOLDHUB will use the same method you used to purchase the license - Stripe or PayPal - to refund you. You must email support@scaffoldhub.io with the email address you used to register.
By asking for a refund, you agree not to use and destroy all the copies of the SOFTWARE.
SCAFFOLDHUB’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the SOFTWARE — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. SCAFFOLDHUB may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the SOFTWARE.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of Curitiba, Brazil.
In case of any confusion between license translation versions, the Portuguese version should prevail.
