After that, just reference any ScaffoldHub link with the ?partner=<Affiliate ID> parameter. Ex.: https://scaffoldhub.io ?partner=123.
You will be able to check your sales through the affiliate dashboard.
What is required for me to get the money?
If you're outside Brazil, ScaffoldHub only
requires that you send us an invoice.
If you're from Brazil and you're a company, it is required that you
send us a Fiscal Note.
If you're from Brazil and you're not a company, we will send you a
"Recibo de Pagamento Autônomo (RPA)", but in this case a fee of R$
29,90 will be charged per payout.
How is the money transferred to me?
The standard way is via PayPal transfer, but this can be negotiated via email.
How long until the customer buys and I can receive the money?
40 days, because Stripe takes on average one month to transfer the money to ScaffoldHub. Those ten days left are for ScaffoldHub to be able to prepare the money for you.
How often can I request payouts?
Once a month, but this can be negotiated via email.
What happens if the customer requests and receives a refund?
If the commission has not been paid, it will be canceled. If it has, the amount will be deducted from the next payout. You will be able to see refunded purchases on the affiliate dashboard.
How is an affiliate tracked?
When a customer clicks at the affiliate link and lands on ScaffoldHub, the affiliate's ID is stored in a cookie, within the customer's browser. If the customer makes a purchase, the affiliate that the customer is tracking is awarded commission on the sale.
Is the affiliate tracked across all pages of the ScaffoldHub site?
Yes. Since the affiliate's ID is stored in a cookie, the affiliate is tracked across all pages on the https://scaffoldhub.io site.
How long does the tracking cookie stay in the customer's browser?
180 days, but a user may clear their browser cookies at any time, in which case the affiliate will no longer be tracked.
What about demo websites?
Demo websites - Ex.: https://react-material-ui-demo.web.app/ - are outside the ScaffoldHub domain, but those websites have links to ScaffoldHub. If you want to refer those websites, you can pass the ?partner=<Affiliate ID> parameter to the demo website, but it will only serve as a proxy, meaning that links to the ScaffoldHub website will contain the ?partner=<Affiliate ID> parameter, but only for the current user's session. After the user lands on the https://scaffoldhub.io site with the parameter, the other rules - Ex.: the 180 days' rule - are applied.
If a customer clicks on 2 different affiliate links from 2 different affiliates, which one is used?
The first affiliate link that the customer clicks will store the affiliate's ID in a cookie and it cannot be overridden from the second link unless the cookie expires, or the customer clears their browser cookies and then clicks on the second link.
